PRICING

We aim to make our salon an affirming and inclusive space for all people.

Therefore, we proudly offer service pricing that is not based on gender or age. 

 

TIPPING

It is our goal to make sure you feel 100% comfortable during all stages of your appointment, including at checkout. Our stylists are paid well and do not have to rely on tips for their compensation. While leaving a cash or card tip shows your appreciation of a job well done, we want to be sure that you understand that tipping is never required nor expected of you.

 

If you are paying with a credit or debit card upon checkout, there will be a tip screen. You will not be judged or frowned upon if you choose the 'no tip' option. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, will be charged a re-booking fee of 50% of the canceled service. Any 'no-show' appointments will be charged a re-booking fee of 100% of the missed appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours notice will be considered a 'no-show.'

 

 

KIDDOS & GUESTS

 

We ask that if you have children and they are not receiving a service, please make alternative arrangements for childcare during your salon visit. Our policy is based on safety concerns and consideration for our other guests as we strive to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

 

Because of occupancy guidelines and the working atmosphere of our stylists, any guests who are not receiving services will not be able to accompany you to an appointment.

SICKNESS

It's still a thing and it's not going away anytime soon. Rest assured, we're taking all precautions inside the salon like sanitizing every station in between clients and not coming to work if we're sick. We ask that you do your part in stopping the spread of the yuck by not coming in to see us if you show any symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, or anything out of your ordinary. If you don't want it, neither do we. If you're within 24 hours of your appointment, call us.

PROTECTING YOUR INVESTMENT

Your color service is an investment for your hair. When you have a chemical service performed, the best way to protect that investment is with professional quality products that you'll use at home. A cheap shampoo can strip it and a watered-down conditioner that doesn't have any real moisturizing benefits is a sure-fire way to ruin your brand-new gorgeous color. The good stuff is a must for guaranteeing the longevity and integrity of the services performed.
