Your TRANSFORM or RE-COVER service is an investment for your hair. When you have a chemical services performed, the best way to protect that investment is with professional quality products that you'll use at home. A cheap shampoo can strip it and a watered down conditioner that doesn't have any real moisturizing benefits are a sure-fire way to ruin your brand-new gorgeous color. The good stuff is a must for guaranteeing the longevity and integrity of the services performed.
kiddos and guests
We ask that if you have children and they are not receiving a service, please make alternative arrangements for childcare during your salon visit. Our policy is based on safety concerns and a consideration for our other guests as we strive to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Because of occupancy guidelines and the working atmosphere of our stylists, any guests that are not receiving services will not be able to accompany you to an appointment.
It's still a thing and it's not going away anytime soon. Rest assured, we're taking all precautions inside the salon like sanitizing every station in between clients and not coming to work if we're sick. We ask that you do your part in stopping the spread of the yuck by not coming in to see us if your showing any symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, or anything out of your ordinary. If you don't want it, neither do we. If you're within 24 hours of your appointment, call us.
Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. Appointment canceled less than 24 hours before the appointment time, will be charged a re-booking fee of 50% of the canceled service. Any "no-show" appointments will be charged a re-booking fee of 100% of the missed appointment.
