When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a hostess who will get you checked in and ready for your appointment. She'll give you a quick tour of the salon, take you to get changed into a robe, get you a beverage menu, and show you to your station where your stylist will be taking care of you.
You'll see more of your hostess later when she's serving whatever the day's snacks are, like fruit, veggies, or charcuterie.
We'll sit down with you and chat about your current hair likes and dislikes, your hair history, and all the details of your dream hair. After we have a clear insight into our goal for the day's appointment, we'll walk you through what's obtainable, our game plan for the day and future services, and the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire. We'll chat a little more to make sure that our game plan is setting you up for your perfect maintenance schedule.

Every stylist books clients one at a time so that each of our guests can receive our undivided attention. We will work efficiently to respect your time, but we'll never sacrifice the quality of our work by rushing through your service.
Throughout our time, we will chat more in-depth about how to maintain the longevity of your color, the health of your hair, and how to style at home with a personalized styling lesson.
Feel free to bring a book, TV show, or work laptop with you- we've got the wifi and chargers. Your time in the salon is yours, so you never have to worry about how to spend it with us.
At the end of your processing time, you'll be treated to the ultimate indulgent shampoo experience with a trip to the lather lounge.
