Wait 48 hours to shampoo for the first time. This will help your color and gloss last as long as possible.

Use the professional shampoo and conditioner your stylist has recommended. The products you use will directly affect your color, the condition of your hair, and how well your color investment is protected.

Towel blot before applying conditioner. So that your hair can absorb as much moisture as possible from the conditioner, make sure it's not saturated with water when you apply.

Use heat protectant. Turn the heat down on irons and make sure you use the recommended heat protectant anytime you use hot tools on your hair.
